PACT's Strategic Planning Process began in Summer 2022 with a dedicated group of staff representing agency-wide positions. From this group a Steering Committee formed to put forth new goals and objectives, with Policy Council and Board approval in 2023. PACT's strategic plan guides our continuous quality improvement efforts and ensures we are meeting the needs of the families and communities we serve.
